What the heck! Netizens blame Duterte for Gilas-Australia brawl

Many Filipinos took to social media their support and disappointment over the basketball game between Gilas Pilipinas and Australia ended up in this evening's match at Philippine Arena in Bulacan.

Politics savvy Filipinos tried to anticipate how the opposition would spin the recent incident to favor their interests.

Opposition politicians and their propagandists are known for hijacking every single event and use them as a medium to launch attacks on President Duterte.

"Pagbibintingan naman si Duterte nyan. Pustahan tau isisi naman nila s kanya yan haha," one netizen posted on Facebook.

"Rappler and Bum Aquino : Malala na talaga ang violence sa bansa pati sa Basketball nagbubugbugan. Nagsimula ang pagiging bayolente ng mga Pilipino simula nany maupong presidente si Duterte," another one said.

Administration supporters were in for some entertainment as the opposition forces didn't disappoint. Hours after the incident, posts like this started flooding the Philippine cyber space.



Opposition senators, specifically Bam Aquino, Kiko Pangilinan and Risa Hontiveros are well-known for issuing statements that are generally hideous, contains nothing relevant, but as long as it can paint the Duterte administration bad, they would release it regardless of its quality.

That's how cheap these traditional senators are.

Media networks are also widely believed to be colluding with these opposition forces. Some believe that these politicians, labeled as Dilawan Shitheads, are employing media outlets to propagate and help spread their propaganda materials.
