The day Aquino admitted his government's response to Yolanda crisis was not fast enough

Then President Noynoy Aquino even apologized for the slow response of his administration.
President Benigno Aquino III apologized to a Hope Christian High School student from Tacloban City for the slow government response to super typhoon Yolanda.

WATCH HERE:

Filipino netizens refuse to accept his apology. Here are some of their responses:

loser.. always blaming others.. That's why he is called President of the Philippines,, He is the no.1 responsible for all the things in the Country.. he should know better.. -Hizuka Michiko

Denis Gutierrez: wala kang kwenta!!! sana makulong ka pnoy!

Citizens could impeach him for being ignorant, irresponsible and incompetent. He can't handle his job. For not promoting love, peace, harmony and providing jobs to jobless, house to homeless, what else? Name it.

Ka-hilas!! The nerve in giving advice as to what are the qualities of the future president should have when he can't even outgrow his childishness by blaming others.

I'm glad to see that Pres. Aquino can say he's sorry about something, esp. about their slow response after Yolanda. It's just sad that he still couldn't seem to admit that they were unprepared because they did not ask the weather experts what the worst case scenario would be. Or maybe the weather experts failed to tell them.
