Here's a classic blame-gaming scenario that ignorant Filipinos often figure in.

And of course, it is the government's fault once again. It is never theirs.

Here's the issue at hand:

Long story short: She started a business, some Chinese guys stole her brand name, when she's about to get a patent for it, she was denied because it's already registered with another entity.

FACT: She failed to register it before hand, which is something that you do on the onset of a venture- if you are a GOOD ENTREPRENEUR. Judging from what's happening right now, it's obvious that she is not.

Isa pa, for this instance, you don't apply for a patent heller! Trademark po dapat i-apply.

Ano ka, nag-imbento ng damit? Pota!

Lastly, maaaring isa ito sa mga fictional stories created by Dilawan shitheads to sow anger against the government.

Until we know the name of the brand and check it with the right government offices, we will consider this story as fake.

Fake as Ethel Booba's boobs! Tse.

And not surprisingly, this fake (in my opinion) story is being peddled on Facebook by Dilawan loyalist like them:

Yes, what Mike Cruz said in that thread was right.
